Do you suffer from mental and/or behavioral health disorders? Are you ready to move past therapy, and maybe  the medications only masks your symptoms, but the underlying core remains the same? Therefore your life has remained the same or perhaps became darker and more restrictive?


If this sounds like you, then I’m able to help you find those solutions and answers you have been searching for all your life. When your life comes to a standstill, your energy becomes stagnant and you feel like you can’t move forward and your mind becomes full of noise, confusion and negativity. From my experience, medications only masked the physical symptoms for a while, but inevitably they stopped working. I was stuck feeling that inner turmoil. Perhaps you get scared and allow for that inner turmoil to take the driver seat of your life. Now you are lost and see no way through that dark tunnel; you see no light ahead of you. When this happens the only answer is to take control over what is controlling you. And begin to look inward and begin to finally heal yourself.


I have been down many different roads throughout my life when it comes to my own mental health and that of my children. I found my way out of that inverted reality I had inside of me. This journey of self discovery and self healing began when I suddenly found my reality turned upside down and at times in utter chaos. Everything in my life seemed to change on me and no matter what direction I turned, I was faced with roadblocks and negativity. It felt like the entire universe was against me.


I realized several years ago that the purpose of being diagnosed with mood and personality disorders was to find a way to heal myself and then be a bridge for others to learn how to heal themselves. Through all this I have found my purpose, which means you are only steps away from discovering yourself. 


My purpose is to help you discover yours by leading the way in your personal journey of self healing. The fact that you are here is not a coincidence. Welcome to the Path of love, growth and healing.
